2 Secrets to Burning Stomach Fat

Secret #1 Interval Training- Running daily will not get you the lean body you've all the time wanted. So if you've been running every day, just stop now! Believe me, you are getting no where.

Instead stick to interval training. This can be done 3 times a week for no more than 20 minutes. You will get wonderful results doing intervals. If you don't feel like running then simply use a bicycle.

If you are new to intervals then let me show you what an interval is.

Run at a moderately fast pace for 30 seconds, then slow it down to a jog or walk for about a minuscule to a minuscule and a half. This is 1 interval. Your goal is to do 6 intervals per workout. But remember you must start off with a 4 minuscule warm up and end with one as well.

This is easier said than done, but if you do them right you will feel the burn and will see results in a matter of weeks. Remember you will never do intervals for more than 20 minutes. It is a fast cardio session but a very productive one.

Secret #2 Super Sets- Super Sets are a set of two exercises done back to back without rest. For a fast flat stomach a super set of a lower body practice and an upper body practice is recommended. An example of a very productive practice would be this...

1A- Dumbbell Squats- 8 reps
1B- Dumbbell Incline Ches Press- 8 reps

This might seem easy, but when you use the right weight you will see that this is no walk in the park.

The intuit why this is so productive for a flat stomach is because you are working your large muscle groups. Large muscle groups are what cause the fastest fat burning.
